FEES
FOR RESIDENTIAL VISITS (per person )
Charges are levied on a daily basis (exclusive of VAT) and include accommodation,
evening meal on day of arrival to lunch on day of departure, use of classrooms
and field study equipment and a range of taught activities as shown on the
enclosed courses and activities sheet.

One leader is accommodated free with every 10 students with all other
resident helpers being charged half the student rate (this is not intended
to imply any recommended student/leader ratio, although specific ratios will
apply to activities). Minimum group size 15 students. Please note 3-day courses
start on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
A fixed amount NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required upon confirmation of
your booking.

Groups are required to provide their final numbers, information on dietary
requirements and arrival and departure times on a pre-printed form 3 weeks
before their stay.
Once the final numbers form has been received you will be sent an invoice
for the balance of fees. Please note once final numbers have been received
no refunds will be available except on medical grounds where a doctors note
will be required (75% refund will be available).
In the event of a cancellation all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation
of booking:-
Up to and including 3 months before the commencement of your stay no further
fees are payable.
Up to and including 2 months before the commencement of your stay an invoice
will be issued for 25% of the outstanding balance of fees.
Up to and including 1 month before the commencement of your stay an invoice
for the full balance of fees will be issued using your provisional numbers.
Visiting groups are advised to take out travel and cancellation insurance.
The centre holds £5 million public liability insurance.
